Flere sallinghorn fra John Mast

Havde regnet med at kunne genbruge det ene sæt sallinghorn til den nye rig.
Må desværre konstatere at de gamle horn er for korte, så turen gik i dag endnu en gang til John Mast i Greve, der har alt det rig-grej man kan drømme om.

Fik et sæt horn på 1,25m og er nu så småt klar til at bygge rig.
Riggen bliver med tre sæt horn alle vinklet 20 grader bagud, hvilket skulle være nok til at riggen bliver stående i bomningerne uden bagstag og hækstag sat, -hvilket kan blive nødvendigt under bomninger med så stor en kappe i storsejlet (kun aktuelt, hvis man er langsom.....).

  1. Hej, I have a similar Elvström 717 project boat... 2.7 meter long bowsprit with spinnakers from Mini650 series boats. It also has a higher roof and lots of changes inside. I have planned to change the rig to have swept spreaders like you are doing this winter. I built in the internal structure last winter, but was not sure where to get spreaders and mast fittings.

    Do you have the part numbers for the spreaders and other parts you got? I live in Luleå, Sweden, so it is pretty difficult to just go to a rigging shop and get the correct parts.
